I love the way the chains are now beginning to respect the consumer's need for rest with softer beds and not having to worry about what happened on that bedspread before you checked into the room. Check in was super easy. Ice and vending machines are horribly neglected. We didn't use the pool, but it looked inviting. The gym equipment seemed to be clean, in good condition. and good quality. The TV was easy to use and the bathroom seemed nice and clean. Friends who booked a suite there found the conference/dining table to be in extremely poor condition and would have been downright dangerous to use around small children.
