The hotel staff was very friendly, and even let us check in earlier. Our rooms were clean and orderly. The pool and exercise room were nice and not overly crowded. They had great parking and were located near great restaurants, convenience stores, and only a block away from the convention center. The prices were also very affordable, and cheaper than many of the surrounding hotels. We had either 6 or 8 pillows on the bed, but the pillows were small, and very bouncy...like nerfballs. Our room smelled OK, but was stuffy. When we turned on heating/cooling unit, it sounded like a jet was going to land in the room. The fluorescent bulb in the bathroom light fixture was going bad, so we couldn't see very well. Maintenance person did replace it quickly when we called the front desk.
