We wanted ocean FRONT rooms. There are only two ocean front hotels. I am SO glad we chose this one. Everything was clean, the rooms were spacious, and the balcony, large enough to seat five comfortably, held a magnificent veiw. I loved being steps from the ocean. This is not a new hotel, some paint has chips and some tiles are cracked. So if you are looking for brand new luxuries, this is not for you.
