From the time we arrived, we were treated with utmost respect and help. We were given the best possible room which was spotless. We used in-room dining on several occasions and the service and food was excellent as well. The pool and spa were nicely kept and we were able to use the area although it was March. I had contact with almost every service in the hotel and everyone went out of their way to help and make things easier. I can't say enough about every single person that I came in contact with and every single minute I stayed at the Hilton. And....I can honestly say that I've never left a place without some type of complaint. The daily valet fee was expensive! For a last minute stay at this hotel, we were very pleased with all it had to offer. The staff allowed us to check-in early and gave us a room with an excellent view. All the staff made us feel welcome and went out of their way to assure our comfort. We had a fun time at the Shades Restaurant sitting around the fire pit and enjoying our drinks. The rooms and property was very clean and well kept. We especially liked how close the beach was located and took advantage of the bike rentals. It was a great pleasure to have such attentive service and my family did not feel like it was unwelcome in any way. A beautiful view of the ocean and HB Pier. Walk across the street to the beach and rental shack. Great location with a very nice public beach across the street. Facility was beautiful. Our room was quite comfortable with partial ocean view without even asking for it. Says $12 a day, actually its $24 cause they charge extra for overnight. Although my stay was nice, I feel that for the price of the room and the valet, it was not worth the price. The pool and hot tub are both clean and refreshing. I loved this pool because it was never too crowded. They also are a big proponent of giving back to their community through charitable giving and that is also very much noticed and appreciated.
