No pool bar which was very disappointing for the hotel rating. $12 parking charge. King bed room was spacious and even had a small bay view. Free shuttle the next day to the Rays game. After checking on delivery through the tracking number, I discovered that the package had been delivered 6 hours earlier - even before my first call. It took the hotel staff an additional 45 minutes to locate my package. The hotel was upscale, but nickel and dimed me at every opportunity. The staff varied from pleasantly incompetent to very helpful and friendly. There was no refrigerator in the room. I travel frequently; this was the first time I get a room without a refrigerator.
