Nice stay!

The biggest raves I have of this hotel are the wonderful beds and the food is excellent. Rooms are spacious, clean, and staff are very accomodating. On the down side, for the rate at $179 a night that I paid for a double-bed room there was no fridge, microwave, daily newspaper at door, $1 per local phone call, no late checkout availabe, no continental breakfast and an extremely limited amount of TV stations.

We were originally scheduled to stay 3

We were originally scheduled to stay 3 nights @ the Hilton, but arrived a night earlier & paid the regular room rate of $250 for the additional night. We really didn't have a problem with the exuberant charge for the additional night until we found out all the amenities the hotel DIDN'T offer. No continental breakfast, no free wi-fi (had to pay $9.95/day additional for this), couldn't find tennis courts. The 1st 2 amenities (breakfast & wi-fi) I just couldn't believe they didn't offer. Heck, we had access to free wi-fi @ IHOP where we are breakfast the next morning!! We booked the hotel b/c of it's proximity to the MOA but were VERY disappointed. The Hilton reputation is grossly over-credited.

I thought the staff was very nice,

I thought the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The food delicious, so you pay a little more. The 12th floor was the best, private, and peaceful, no kids running down the hallways at all hours of the night, and no noise. The beds were so comfy, better than home, the rooms were neat and the bathroom was so clean. Cofee makers in each room were great when waking up, brews one cup at a time, or two together. Free shuttles to the mall every hour was very convenient. The pool was not deep at all, and the hot tubs (two of them) were great! I would recommend this to any/everyone.

the hotel shuttle takes you to the air

the hotel shuttle takes you to the air port or the mall of america! the staff was extremely helpful and the beds were amazingly comfy!!! the only problem i had was that the temp of the room stayed at 72 degrees. NO A/C unless you are there in the summer. so it was a lil warm and musty. but i survived.

Everyone went out of their way to be

Everyone went out of their way to be friendly and effiicient. When a few of us asked about early shuttles, we were accommodated very quickly. The beds were amazing! The food and room service were also exceptional. I thought the food prices were a bit high but expected considering the location. Although I didn't have time to take in many of the local sights and activities, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again!

My friend and I stayed at the Hilton

My friend and I stayed at the Hilton for a long "girls weekend" and couldn't have had a better time. The shuttle arrived almost immediately after our plane landed. It only took about 5 minutes to get to the hotel and they allowed us to check in early without us even asking! The hotel is absolutely beautiful. All of the staff , including the drivers, desk staff, maintenance men and maids, went out of their way to make us feel welcome and have a pleasant stay. They even arranged a separate shuttle to the mall just for the two of us after we missed the shuttle by a few minutes. It was obvious that the staff genuinely cared about making our stay satisfactory. The room was perfect for us and the beds were awesome! The pool and hot tubs were clean and warm. I can't remember the last time I stayed at a hotel that had a pool that was warm enough for me to actually get in it. We didn't have the chance to try the restaurant or the bar because we ran out of time trying to fit everything in, but I would have loved to eat there because it was beautiful and the menu looked great. I can hardly wait to stay here again!

The location was convenient, the staff was friendly and a bathroom problem was taken care of efficiently. The restaurant prices were rather high. The hotel had a convenient shuttle service to Moa and it was close to airport if flying.
