The staff were not unhelpful although the only smiles I saw were on the gift shop cashier and shuttle driver. Bottom line: Lobby promises much more than guest rooms deliver. Although the rooms were clean, the walls were very thin. Noise level would disrupt small children's sleep and naps. Would I return?
