I called the lobby and told them and the guy said they never received the email saying it was a whirlpool room and mine said it did. So he said he'd check to see if there was one available and he said the cleaning lady was going to call him back to tell him the room was done and it was going to take 30 minutes also but it took about an hour. when we went up there the cleaning lady was gone and we never got a phone call. this place has very bad communication within their staff. The staff is always friendly and helpful, ready with reccomendations. Great shopping nearby and the fridge/microwave is very useful. Pool is small for a property that size. I would recommend this hotel to everyone from families to business persons. They hotel is near many different famous restaurant chains, department stores and drug stores nearby, also. The main freeways are close and easy to get to, but we didn't hear any noise that usually goes along with these conveniences. Very comfortable, great rooms, just wish they had some type of free breakfast in the morning, continental or other.
