The lobby and pool area are attractive but the elevator was shabby, the carpets appeared worn, the ice machines in the west wing where I stayed were all broken. The door knob on the bathroom door fell apart during my stay, the maid obviously overlooked this dangerous condition. I got stuck in the bathroom. The sink in the bathroom was clogged.
