Beware of the "safe charge" rip off!!

Horrible daily breakfast. Once is OK, but continued repeats is enough to make you sick. Fortunately Snow City Cafe is within walking distance. Rooms are average, nothing special and could be quite dirty, don't look too deep.

Beware of the "safe charge" rip off on you bill. When you later discover it and bring it to their attention, they will not remove it since you signed the billing charges in the mad rush to check out.

Many student foreigners work there and sometimes transactions can be confusing.

I will never book another client there. Make your own choice but beware.

The room was more like a suite. You could hear the doors from the other rooms close loudly.“This is very upscale I had a suite and I enjoyed it very much, The only thing wrong was that you could hear doors close from your room.”

We were part of a group of 16 seniors. The hotel Tour Director had to ask our coordinator how many rooms we had reserved. I think he should have known this when we checked in. Remote control for TV in setting room did not work and refrigerator gave off a high-pitched noise when it "kicked in." Maintenance man said original remote control had been stolen, replacement was the wrong kind. No action on refrigerator problem--finally unplugged it so we could sleep.

Thr breakfast was as advertized - full breakfast, but eggs, potatoes, and bacon were cold. The room was very nice, and was an actual suite. It was quiet. The internet in the business center didnot work very well. I had to extend my stay, but unfortunately altough I wanted to stay there, they were booked.

Their staff is very rude!

My family and I came down because my husband had to have surgery on his foot. We asked to be put in a room on the top floor not near the elevator or stairs for him to have peace and quiet while recovering from surgery. The first room we got was right next to the elevator. We went downstairs to change rooms. This time they said there were no other top floor rooms. We were put on the second floor...right above the swimming pool, and right next to the Housekeeping Room and the stairs. The staff was rude and very unhelpful. They lied about not having a room on the top floor...no one was above us for the first two nights. The room was hot...being above the pool and dirty....I found four long black hairs in the bathroom and in the bed. The pool very small and was closed for two days. The continental breakfast was the only good thing about this hotel. I would not use this hotel again!

The breakfast far exceeded our expectations, being hot rather than continental. The location was good. The hotel has free wi-fi internet connection.
