The breakfast was great: waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy, even omletes made to order. Also, there is a TGI Fridays attached to the hotel. The beds were very big and probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The down side was that the computers they had available in the lobby didn't have adobe reader, which meant I couldn't use it to print out some material I needed. They did allow us to get ready before the wedding in a vacant room so that was very accomodating of them. However, when we got back to our original room AFTER the wedding and pulled back the sheets, we found ants crawling all over the bed. There was no food in the room so we do not know where they could have come from. We immediately called the front desk to inform them that we wanted to be transferred to another room and they said they were booked and could not do that. We packed our bags and left the hotel and drove all the way back to Chicago! The hotel is surrounded by parking but most of it is a tow away zone, we had to park across the street. You cannot regulate the heat in the room. It's either very hot or you're freezing. When the fan is on, the drapes are blowing all over the place. The blanket I took from the closet was torn and filthy. There should be more wastebaskets and there should be a sink by the microwave. Worst of all, a fight broke out in the hallway of the 3rd floor at 2 A.M., and the police had to be called. Also, the fire alarm went off that same morning at 3 A.M.waking everybody up. It was a false alarm, but it was scary!
