I loved the service, pool , the room. The front desk and the valet people were very helpful. I stayed at the Palms the night before and was not treated very well, it was very refreshing to come back to HR and experience real people!

Great Experience from check-in to check-out

I would highly recommend The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. The grounds are well-maintained and very pleasing to the eye. At check-in, the type of room that we booked had been filled so they upgraded us to a bigger room in the new tower--the paradise tower, which overlooked the pool. The actual casino floor is not too large, but not too crowded. It's definitely a younger vibe, with lots of beautiful people roaming around the casino floor with loud rock playing in the background and rock memorabilia everywhere you look. During our stay we dined at the pink taco for dinner one night and went to the brunch on sunday at the steakhouse for mimosas and brunch fare. Both were great; the service was excellent.

Great hotel to cut loose

The hotel is mostly made up of a younger crowd 20s and 30s that is there to party. The pool is a cool design that wraps around a bar/casino area in the middle and is always full of people. The room had a great poolside view too. The room, gym/spa

I had a good stay at the hotel. I enjoyed eating "Chicken Nachos" at Mr. Chow's at 1:00am. The bed was heaven, it felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. My only set back was that after check in when I arrived at my room there was a note that there w

Great!!!

This hotel offers lots of perks for being a hotel guest. For example, free tickets to a concert by the pool (which the general public paid over $50 per ticket for) and free tickets to their pool party (general public pays $30 for females, $100 for m

My best friend and I just got back from

My best friend and I just got back from staying here over the weekend and were so excited about the entire trip. However after getting off an eight hour flight and reaching the hotel...guest what the room is not ready for another hour! And yes, the review below is right about the credit card charges $ accidental fee hold- lucky my friend had brought her credit card to use. Also, the room was alright, but we was told the wet bar is censored and if we pick up anything from it automatically charges us, so the entire trip we didn't know what to touch. There is no microwave, coffeemaker, hairdryer, not even a note pad and pen in the rooms. So what is the $ acc. fee for- really? This hotel is not on the strip and the shuttle doesn't come until 11am and ends at 9pm. This hotel caters to my generation 30's and younger, but with an rock n roll edge. Overall the staff was nice, especially in the Dining Hall (24/7 diner) excellent food and the housekeeping was very nice (even though the bathroom and use an extra cleaning on the floors)
