Rooms are very clean, nice, bed linens are new and ironed. TV has been upgraded to flat LCD 40". Staff is honest (I left my cell phone which was mailed to me) and friendly. Checked in, signed statement I would not smoke in room. Went to room, stunk to high-heaven with smoke. Went back to desk, they stated they had no other rooms. Checked out and went somewhere else. Talked to another person the next day that was attending the same seminar and was told he checked in and was given a non-smoking room even though he requested a smoking room. Go figure.
