I stay at Hamptons if there is no Hilton property. This is by far the best Hampton I have ever stayed at. New design. Excellent breakfast (hot) Excercise room was better than most Hiltons. They even put out fruit and power bars in the morning. Had ample meeting rooms and great service. The pool was huge but I only used the hot tub one night. A little pricey as Hamptons go, but it is the Chicago area I guess. Our kids, ages 4 and 6 LOVED the pool, they wanted to stay there all day. We live about 6 miles from this hotel and just wanted soemthing to do one weekend that was different so we went to the HI. Now every time we drive by, the kids call it "their hotel"! We're planning another "weekend getaway" very soon...to the Hampton Inn!! The hotel staff was friendly and always greeted us with a smile. Our children loved the kiddie pool with its frog slide and waterfalls, and they spent a lot of time in the game room. This hotel has a lot of amenities to keep a family busy when away from home. The free hi-speed internet service and business center are requirements when I travel for business. This hotel had state of the art equipment to meet my business needs. The hot breakfast was excellent, and the staff could not be more accommodating. When traveling over 100 days a year for business, it is nice to find a hotel that has the comforts of home.
