Excellent customer service rendered, The staff were very professional, friendly front desk, dining area and guest services. My family received nice accomodations during the visit, we had the King Suite which the rooms were large, restroom as well and hotel was in great shape. The food for breakfast was great. Extras with popcorn daily, cookies and candy for my daughter very much appreciated. The hotel in the Queen City is in a quiet location directly off of the interstate. As it being the first weekend of summer the pool was not very clean. Despite my reservation for non-smoking room, the room reeked of cigarette smoke. The room was dirty, nasty, expecially the windows. There was a listing of nearby eateries (i.e., Chinese, fast food, seafood) as well as nearby malls, movie theaters, etc. The room was clean and very elegantly decorated, from the bedding to the carpet. I also loved the wireless access. The pool was clean and well kept. They also served a limited breakfast as well as tea all day.
