Beds are very comfortable, rooms are large, there is a nice desk to work at and the Free Breakfast is far better than what you get at most places. The hotels right next to the Jordan center Mall.. so there is plenty of shopping and food places nearby. My ONLY complaint is the TV's This hotel uses digital High Def TV's. (Modest size -- ok in smaller rooms, too small in larger rooms). The TV's have No capability to be programmed so that you only see the channels you want to see when channel surfing. And changing between channels takes 3 to 5 seconds each... so it is VERY SLOW. The staff was very nice and helpful. I mention this because I travel a lot and more often than not, the staffs are not good. This hotel has a great staff and you will feel welcome and valued. The rooms are very nice. With the free wi-fi in the room and free breakfast, I am finding it harder to justify staying in "full service" hotels that charge you more for the room and don't include anything. There is a Wendy's and a Denny's right next to the hotel. Nicer dining is just within 10 -15 min. down the street. Close to temple square. Wasn't happy with the pool this visit. Needs fresher water more frequently. Breakfast is handy. Staff is very accomodating and helpful.
