Located right in Broadway at the beach, dining and shopping and night clubs are justs steps away. However, you will need to drive to the beach which is about 4 miles down the road. No non-smoking rooms avail - room smelled bad. 1st floor is very noisy becaue of tile floors. Adequate room but bathroom tiles around the tub were pretty nasty and needed a scrubbing. It is still a nice hotel but is getting to be right on the verge of needing some work in the rooms. Beds were comfy but pillows weren't (take your own).
