The elevator didn't work during our stay and the airport shuttle consistently went to the wrong airport terminal resulting in a long wait for us in freezing weather. We met the General Manager after we had checked out and had to return to retrieve something we had left in our room. We had called previously to confirm that they had the item. When we got there, they couldn't find it and decided to become snotty at us, accusing us of having left it elsewhere. During this exchange during which she got inexplicably more belligerent, the cleaning staff found the item and brought it to the front desk. This woman, after accusing us of being liars, did not apologize or in any other way make amends for her actions. She actually threw the item on the floor before stomping away. I requested a full refund from Hilton corporate for all 3 nights and an apology. They credited me one night and never apologized.
