(Which we love!!!) When we first got there they did not have our room clean so we had to wait in the lobby for about 30 minutes. When we finally got the key we were walking up to the room and it just seemed eerie. We then went into the room and were not satisfied at all. They didnt have a refrigerator or a microwave or anything. The room was very plain. The only good thing was the bed was really comfortable. If it hadn't been comfortable then i would have complained for a refund. The staff was pretty rude too. They would just look at us very unpleasantly and seemed inconvenienced when we asked them something. They also stated on a paper in the bathroom that anything you may have forgotten they would have a travel size to accomodate you, but they had nothing that i needed. All i can say is that i would never stay there again. It's in a great location, right next to Wal-Mart and many restaurants. The room was Very clean, lights and air conditioning on and mints on a towel. Indoor pool was nice, my only complaint is that it was too chilly for me & the baby to get in. Husband & 4 yr. old had a ball. Friendly staff as well. The rear parking lot is poorly lit and one of the lights was burned out, but the Hampton Inn and Thararldson Property Management disclaimed any responsibility.
