The front rooms are all 6 feet from a highway! The noise is there 24 hours a day! It was the worst. I asked to be moved and was told they would see if they had a room available. I had to ask 3 times and then told them I was checking out before they moved me, but they finally did...I was told if I was a preferred guest I would have been put on the back to begin with! The staff made sure we got some food when we returned as the whole city was shut down, and they were so concerned and friendly. The rooms were great too! The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever experienced at a hotel and the comforter was so cozy. Also, all the staff were so willing to assist us with anything and everything we requested. They were great! The breakfast each morning was terrific, and there was always coffee and tea available. Fresh baked cookies appeared every evening! The bedroom and bathroom were always clean.
