I have never stayed at a Hampton Inn before but I hope they are all like this one. It was very clean and the room was beautiful. The amenities were excellent for what we needed. The continental breakfast was great! I was so comfortable and the staff was very friendly. We got in pretty late and the person on the desk offered to make us a fresh pot of coffee if the coffee in the carafe tasted old. I told him I would come down and get some after we got settled but I was sure it would be OK. By the time I got back down to the desk he had started a fresh pot for us. I thought that very sweet! When I left I accidently left my daughters baby blanket. I was very upset but we were too far away to turn around so I called the hotel. They put out the alert and posted my name and number. After a week and 1/2 they found the blanket in the laundry and sent them to me. I am very happy because the blanket has a lot of sentimental value. The hotel is not too old so everything looks and feels new. I love the beds and the comforter is awesome! I travel to Greenwood a lot and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We got lost on our way due to fog and the front desk person was extremely patient and helpful trying to get us to the location. When we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and fast. The room was perfect, and the bed was comfortable. We had a fresh smelling room with nice furniture. It was quiet and close to WalMart. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. They had a terrific complimentary breakfast with excellent coffee and a large screen television in the dining area. The rooms are beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The staff is friendly and interested in each guest's happiness. I had to stay one night at the local Best Western because the Hampton was full. Wow! What a wonderful difference when I was able to get a room in your hotel.
