      <title>Clean, decent, nice pool</title>

      <description>The room was very clean, but was disappointed that there was no microwave/refrigerator in the room. I had just stayed at a Lee's Inn in Plainfield, Indiana which is in the same price range but they had the microwave and refrigerator plus a nice sitting area as well. &#xD;
&#xD;
Hampton's indoor pool was very nice, although their whirlpool was not functioning though it was still available to sit in.&#xD;
&#xD;
The breakfast had a decent selection, although again Lee's Inn was better. The dining area for Hampton's was very adequate and comfortable.&#xD;
&#xD;
This Hampton Inn was good enough for an overnight stay, but if I were staying longer, I would prefer the Lee's Inn for the same money.</description>

      <description>Linen.Staff and GM were rude and the rooms weren't clean.“I was very disappointed with my stay earlier in March of 2007. The staff was rude to me when I checked in. I guess I interrupted an important phone call that person was having. When I went to complain to the GM, the staff said he was busy eating lunch and would get back to me later. I guess the GM's lunch was more important than helping out a guest. When I got to the room, it looked clean but I found chip crumbs behind the TV and on one of the sides of the bed. Only good thing about the hotel was the linen. I will definitely not stay at this hotel again. Unless you like to be treated rudely. I have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and Residence Inn before and I will be back to those hotels. If I have to pay more for nice clean rooms and great service I will pay more.”</description>

      <description>Pool area was very nice, loved the bed, and liked the romance package.Keys didn't work, rusty water, dead batteries in remote, no light in bathroom, door didn't lock.“My girlfriend and I chose this hotel for my 21st and or 4 year anniversary and had decent stay. However, we did stay in the "nicest room" and the room was not up to par with maintenance. We had a list of 7 things wrong with our room. Oh and apparently if you have a cell it could demagnetize your room key, and you will not be able to use it for your room or the outside door. So you can imagine the troubles we had with that. However, the staff was very helpful and the assistant general manager gave me back the cost of one night and our movie. So that made me very pleased and my customer satisfaction back to 100%. So if the hotel has fixed the problems then I would highly recommend this hotel.”</description>

      <description>I travel all of the time, this is above far one of the best places I travel to. They make a effort to get to know you and surprise you with little extras. &#xD;
&#xD;
This time I was staying to visit the zoo with my family, when I checked in I had a print out for directions in my room and discount coupons on the passes. all because I mentioned a month earlier I would be coming back to go to the zoo with my family.</description>
