The first bed was clean, but the second bed still had makeup and hairs left from the previous occupant. Only one lamp out of four had a working light bulb. I asked to be changed to another room. My requested was granted immediately, however, the second room, a "a non smoking room", reeked of smoke, and the window was full of fingerprints (again) and so were the hallway windows. When I approached the manager on the day of departure to advise of her of the cleanliness of the rooms, she was very cold and accused me and my family of trashing out the first room and told me that I could have been arrested for trashing the room out.
