The breakfast was satisfactory and the lobby very comfortable. The jacuzzi which is located outside was apparently not able to compete with the cool air temperatures and never got really hot and the control for the jacuzzi is located inside and away from the door, not easily accessible to the jacuzzi patrons. The hotel location is great and there is a free shuttle to the sights in the area. I had read the previous reviews and decided to give this hotel a try. We were not disappointed! We had a suite with a king-size bed, separate sitting area with a microwave and small fridge. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was excellent. The shuttle service was a definite plus since it was very hot out. We also caught a tour bus service that picked us up at the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was good. We also felt very safe there. We are going to recommend this hotel to anyone we know who is traveling to the Grand Ole Opry. We had a fantastic stay here last April. The staff were very very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and fresh all the time. The breakfast was great...and even tho the hotel was at near capacity the staff never once lost their cool I would recommend this place to anyone going to Nashville. AND the best thing of all we found here was CHARLIE the bartender. She was the best and most friendly bartender we ever came across. She gets our vote as the friendliest staff member at this Hotel!!!
