The complementary breakfast lacking in choices cereal, fruit, pasties. I found myself drinking plenty of coffee and eating the biscuts n' gravy. I picked the Greystone because it is in the middle of town and close to the Trolley. Great plan but we chose to walk instead. Great location. Location is perfect if you enoy the Aquarium or just visiting the downtown shops in Gatlinburg.Located right beside a Trolley stop if you want to venture to Pigeon Forge for the day.We always stop for snacks for the room on the way in and I never use my car for the rest of the stay. Rooms have ALWAYS been very clean and employees have always been super nice and helpful. They have a great continental breakfast complete with biscuits and gravy. Would recommend highly to anyone. Headed back in a couple weeks myself. I used to live in the area and as a local coming home I love the location, the staff, and the views. Not only is it clean, and well staffed, it is in the perfect location for wandering through the area. Walking distance of everything in Gatlinburg, it's right across the street from the Trolley Station to Piegon Forge and Sevierville. We checked in and got to our room which smelled horrible. I guess it was musty and old. The room was clean enough and they did come in everyday and change the sheets. Also, the sheets they put on the bed do not fit. They kept slipping off the bed and I don't know about you, but hotel beds kinda gross me out anyway especially when the sheets are coming off in the middle of the night. The pool was nice and my son enjoyed swimming in it. Breakfast was okay.
