The weekend we were to go there was a snow storm. that was within 72 hrs of check-in and they tried to charge the full amount instead of changing the date--and they still charged us the increased rate. During the stay, we were at the pool 15 minutes before seeing a young child (5?) lying on the side of the pool, blue, not moving, not breathing. Nobody helping. Disgusting. Not to mention bad food, rude people, not enough luggage carts.
