The comforters had food or something stuck on them. The floor looked like it had not been cleaned in ages. The Waterpark was dirty and very, very understaffed. The staff that was working did seemed to be more interested in being social with each other. The brunch tasted good the next day but the staff again was rude and not interested in helping out at all. The restaurant was also very dirty and not appealing at all. I do not believe we will ever go back. Over all very disappointed with the whole experience. For the money we had to pay I don't think the experience was great at all. My children did have fun but they don't notice the little things that seem big to adults. We dealt with staff from the front desk, gift shop, pool area, shuttle, maintenance and restaurant areas. They were all so helpful and friendly. The pool area needs a little updating but overall my daughter had a great time! The rooms and the hotel were very clean and updated. The bed was extremely comfortable with a variety of pillows to choose from. When we ordered our food I wanted the catfish and the waiter told me that he did not recommend that because it's usually undercooked why would he say this if the food is not good why wouldn't you fix it.
