It was an excellent value for a separate one bedroom suite with a pull out sofa in living area and a kitchen for $**. Breakfast included hot waffles and the usual continental breakfast fare. Hotel is very close to East Towne Mall, movie theatre across the street and many restaurants. The pool and exercise room are small but adequate. The only disadvantage is that there is not a computer or business center at the hotel, however Y-fi is available. The staff was very friendly. We have booked a 2 bedroom suite for a future date. I had a reservation in July. I made that booking 6 weeks ago. we flew in from California. Just before the day, i made sure to talk to the receptionist to confirm that we are coming and will be flying in late. When we got the to check in, to our surprise they said we do not have a room. I showed my confirmation email, but they did not honor it. Instead they called cop on us to kick us out the lobby. Such bad experience we have never encountered in life. They say their ethics is to take pride in helping traveller and made their stay memorable. On the contrary, they just do the opposite. We initially chose the hotel because it is pet-friendly.
