Now it has fallen into severe disrepair under private ownership of one "Mr Lee". The Air conditiong does not work anywhere in the building. Constant 80-85 degree temperature. I did not discover this for first two days since the outside temperature was very low. When I did find out and asked for a refund the manager refused. The staff is rude mean and unhelpful. They will not supply towels or toilet paper unless demanded. There is constant Criminal and drug activity in the parking garage. It is dangerous to go outside at night. The pool (the only good thing) is actually owned and maintained by the hotel next door. Now it is owned by a private owner who does not care. The building is in very bad repair. The air conditioning does not work in the entire building. The facilities are only partially functional and many parts of the building are shutdown. There is constant criminal drug activity in the parking garage. It is dangerous to go outside. Ice machines on every other floor with none working. Had reservations for three people in room but only got two towels and wash clothes, requested third at check-in and didn't get till next day. Telephone system was impossible to use..actually acted like party line and you could listen in on other parties conversation. Air conditioning was just an air mover...didn't cool.
