The rooms, hallways, elevators were so outdated and dirty. There were 2 tv's in the room but only one worked. Dirty towel under sink catching leak water in the kitchen and had black and green mold on it. STUNK. Hardly no water pressure. No soap of any kind. About 1/2 mile from downtown Gatlinburg steep uphill coming back. Pool was NASTY - actual slime on top but they highly chlorinated and let the kids in. I bet they were sick soon after. No remote control for TV in bedroom. No view. While it isn't a 5 star hotel, it definitely deserves 3.5 stars. I was worried after reading the other reviews, but my worries were alleviated upon arrival. We stayed in a two-bedroom condo with two baths. It also had a fireplace, a full kitchen, and a balcony with a view of the city.
