The hotel has consistently been clean and the staff friendly. The location is extremely convenient- just down the street from the mall and a major shopping area. It's also easy to find as it is right off the interstate. The rooms are average size & are well-maintained. The indoor pool was also well-kept. There is a restaurant in the hotel where we dined on one occasion. I remember the food being mediocre but not awful. My husband and I recently stayed there for the first time and it was by far the best hotel we'd ever stayed at. Checking in took less than 2 minutes! The room was gorgeous and I was surprised that the toiletries were from Bath and Body Works!! The room was incredibly clean and the linens on the bed were first rate. The Starbucks the next morning was a perfect addition to our stay. When we got ready to go to bed we saw the sheets were dirty and not changed. I called the front desk they send maid to change.
