I have reserved that hotel for the past three New Years Eves, and for three years in a row, I have showed up and found that they have overbooked and given my room away. Furthermore, they always blame it on you! The first two years weren't bad because they fixed the problem. However, this year they shoved me and my male FRIEND in a tiny room with one double bed and a broken recliner. He ended up sleeping on the floor.
