Overall it was a very nice stay, easy to find and very conveniently located. The staff was very nice and helpful. The pool and outdoor area was the best part of the stay. The continental breakfast was typical of other places but nice. I was somewhat disappointed with was the overall cleanliness of the room. There were just a few areas that were overlooked. This hotel accommodated me and my family very well. Provided a crib for my 1 1/2 yr old. When I needed milk for him late at night they helped with no problem. Fairly clean reasonable accommodation. Check in staff made me feel like a second rate citizen. A flea jumped on my leg and it me the last day of our stay and when I told the desk she just raised her eyebrows and did nothing and shrugged her shoulders. When I told her I thought the rooms were pet free. Smokers stood outside the door, way to the hall of the room and smoke kept coming in. Overall I was not very pleased with this experience. The only highlight was a reasonably good breakfast and the gentleman on nightshift was very helpful and kind to my 13 year old son. He should be commended for good customer service. I think I should receive a voucher for a free stay at a similar motel for the same number of nights. Great location. Disappointed that there was no fridge or microwave in the room. There were times when we couldn't get into our room because it had not been cleaned yet and when it was brought to their attention they were rude about it and slow to get it done.
