However, it was hot and the air conditioner had to be adjusted to work properly because it was winter. It was fixed rather quickly, but I was set on going to bed as soon as I got back to the room. We arrived a little early, and our room was not ready, but the girl at the front desk took my cell phone number and called less than an hour later, to let us know it was ready. The breakfast was great, the rooms were comfortable (great beds!), and the the indoor pool and jacuzzi were peaceful , and refreshing. We had a little trouble getting the room temperature regulated, but this was soon corrected. The only other problem was some overhead noise from the room above us. I would suggest requesting a top floor room. We chose to block rooms in this hotel first of all because of the location and because check out time was at noon. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating to our whole family. We had a very nice time. My only complaint would be the cost of the rooms. We had hoped that since we were all staying 2 nights and we reserved quite a few rooms, that we would get a larger discount.
