The hotel was in imaculate condition. The staff was friendly and knowledgable. The room was larger than most, the HD TV was great, the beds were very comfortable. I am not sure if the room had recently beed redone or how old the property is, but the attention to detail reminded me more of the typical Marriott than the typical Fairfield. The bed was extremely comfortable (I believe it had a memory foam mattress). I would absolutely stay there again! It did not feel as clean and neat in general as other Fairfield Inns. Also, all other hotel chains in the area seemed much nicer.
