The recliner was broken in our room also. They did not offer another room to us. They also charged for internet and to upgrade our bed to king. Would not stay in this hotel again. It is on the other side of the exit. There is nothing there. It lacked some of the frills of some other nearby locations, but the reasonable cost more than compensated for what it lacked. It was a little hard to find at night because it sits back from the road and does not have the appearance of a hotel from the road. The sign was very modest. It took several phone calls and threats of calling the police to get them to settle down. The staff apparently called the offenders rather than going to visit and finding out for themselves why they were being so noisy. Noise went on until 11:30 at night.
