The room was very noisy because of the location right next to the Interstate. The sofa was so stained that I had to put a sheet over it just to feel like it was safe to sit on. There was "sticky stuff" on the desk & kitchen counter. As a single female traveler I did not feel safe here either. And the staff seemed to care less when I mentioned my dissatisfaction with the room. Overall a very disappointing experience. Three luggage carriers let the traveler unload everything in one trip up to their room (and vice versa when time to check out). The TV broke my second evening and I was quickly moved to another room when maintenance could not repair it. Internet service at 54 mbps wireless was welcome and reasonably priced with one low fee for the entire stay. I was able to stay in touch with family & friends while almost a thousand miles from home! King sized bed was comfortable, black out curtains worked quite well to darken the room, and the towels were abundant, especially as I was by myself.
