We complained & got a second room. The second room had the smoke detector hanging from the ceiling & damaged flooring. The rug was seperated from the floor & caused my wife to get cut on the tack strip between the "kitchen area" and sleeping area. Complained again & got a third "non-smoking" room, was just stinky & dirty. Complained in the morning to the manager & was told there was nothing he could do. Complained to Priceline & was able to get our money back. There is an Extended Stay America across the street that is much nicer.
