good beds good location, small rooms old probably only a 2 star we wanted something nicer, we had reserved a room with 2 beds and got one with only 1 bed after a hassle they gave us a room with 2 beds but it was smoking and stunk badly!

This hotel is lacking in nearly every aspect. Valet parking only happens when they are not on smoke break. Front desk is poor with details of checkin. THERE IS NO RESTAURANT! It is not affiliated with the Hotel. Wireless Not! Room was very small, very old, and bathroom can't fit two. No handicap access - Two sets of stairs to get to elevator. Very dissapointing. Service - good at letting you know local calls are not included in room price - the next morning.

dirty, shabby room, needed paint and carpet cleaning. tiny closet, all full of iron board, no room to hang clothes. sink size of small soup bowl.

maid entered room despite do not disturb sign. hotel did not aknowledge complaints, acted as though business as usual.

'complimentary upgrade' fictitious. we were charged $40 extra. they were confused when told their OWN website offers 'complimentary upgrade'

never could get anyone on phone prior to check-in, though tried many times.

parking entrance up a hill, and over a city block, then up some stairs, and then an elevator ride. it was almost $20 day for this long walk.

don't expect anything like what their website advertises. we will never go there again, and wish we never had.

I recently stayed at the Executive Hotel Pacific. The beds were VERY comfortable, and the staff was helpful. I had never been to Seattle before, so I was quite pleased to find that our hotel was so close to the Pike Place Market, and in fact, we walked to most places. The only downside, and it's not that big of a deal, is that we had to ask for an extra wash cloth every day. We had three people in our room, but each day they only gave us two wash cloths. A very good experience overall.

This is not a three star hotel. It's worn out. The rooms are too small.

We found the Executive Hotel Pacific

We found the Executive Hotel Pacific convenient to everything: waterfront, Pike's Market, International District, Pioneer Square, Belltown, and city buses to get to City Center. Staff was helpful and check-in and out easy. It was also nice to have Seattle's Best right there!

Comfortable, affordable, convenient and clean

If you want modern accomodations (i.e.PERFECT computer Internet access, micro climate controlled spaces and luxurious spaces) then go ahead and spend $300 a night to stay at any of the surrounding hotels. You'll still be the same distance from the major attractions and $50.00 to $100.00 a day poorer.

I have stayed here numerous times (12-15)in the last eight years and have always enjoyed the location. The hotel is within an EASY stroll of Pike's Place (less than 15 minutes walking s-l-o-w-ly), shopping and many restaurants. I've even walked to the stadium to watch a Mariner's game, and I'm over 50!

You don't need to rent a car unless you need to go out of town. The airport shuttles will get you within one block. Even a cab ride is not expensive from SEATAC.

The staff is attentive, even checking on me at midnight when my husband couldn't reach me on the phone.

There is a high speed wireless connection available in the lobby, Mezzanine and coffee shop.

Free bus service runs by the front door and 1 block down or up. Cab service is readily available. The front desk is glad to make the call.

I'm a clean freak and have always found the rooms and bathrooms very well kept.

For the money and overall experience, I will gladly stay here in the future.

I had an excellent experience staying

I had an excellent experience staying at the Executive Pacific. The day staff was very helpful and helped meet all of my needs. The night staff was a little rude and seemed very bothered by my wanting to ask a question while she talked to a friend on the phone. The valet service was excellent but the 'small' fee of $25 a night was a bit steep. If you're spending your time in downtown a car is not necessary so I don't recommend renting one. I would definitely stay here again.
