The room was clean except for the shower in which there was hair that was not cleaned up and who knows what else. The shower spout (not head) shot off it is pipe when I turned off the shower head causing the pressure to shoot the spout into my lower right leg causing a minor bruise. My overall experience in this hotel is that I will look somewhere else for my stay. It is on a bus route, but there is only 1 bus going by. The air conditioner is not working, disability friendly room, larger than needed restroom, small room space, hot room, even though the outdoor temperature is actually chilling in the evening. Only one person in the check in desk, and it took forever to wait and finally got the keys. The staff is not friendly at all in the phone nor at the desk. Our room was very clean and seemed more like a bed & bath than a standard motel. The lady at the reception desk was especially sweet and even though the motel was on a real busy street, the room was very quiet. Really good restaurants nearby too, a few blocks west of the motel.
