It seemed to me that the quality of, say, breakfast was lower than I expected, given past experiences at other Embassy Suites properties. Specifically, I was surprised that the green peppers I asked for in an omelet were pickled, not fresh! I also had a problem connecting to the internet, but service was eventually available. Otherwise, the stay was okay. The location was good. It is right across from the Crabtree Valley Mall.
