The location was great because it was very close to shopping. The beds were very comfortable. We had six women in a one room suite and we managed fine because it had three sinks.

I found the hotel to be clean and comfortable and a reasonable value for the price. The parking situation was a bit tight due to some construction.

Great location with Crabtree Mall across the street. Full, cooked to order, breakfast and free happy hour. Huge rooms and beds with three sinks and two televisions. Only negative was a barbeque smell from the pizza place which pervades the room, so get yours on the Creedmor road side, away from the Marriott two doors down. Internet access is $10 per night, but there is a free plug in near the elevator.

It was probably a matter of timing as it was the Christmas holiday. It seemed to me that the quality of, say, breakfast was lower than I expected, given past experiences at other Embassy Suites properties. Specifically, I was surprised that the green peppers I asked for in an omelet were pickled, not fresh! I also had a problem connecting to the internet, but service was eventually available. Otherwise, the stay was okay. The location was good. It is right across from the Crabtree Valley Mall. I was able to walk to Macy's, although I suspect most guests would still drive there.

It’s a very nice hotel. They serve the best cheese sticks I have ever had. The shuttle bus could travel farther though. The manager’s reception was great but it could use a better assortment of appetizers.
