The complimentary open bar from 5:30 to 7:30 pm and the full all you can eat breakfast buffet was very nice. The room itself was clean and comfortable and the decor seemed fairly new. The area appeared to be very safe and there was plenty of dining options all within walking distance. The staff was friendly and courteous and they made our stay very enjoyable. The hotel has access to major destinations, shopping, restaurants and Walgreens Pharmacy. BUT, upon check-in my assigned room smelled like smoke. I requested another room and the hotel staff (male) assigned me to a room one floor down that also smelled like someone had smoked before leaving. I spoke with the hotel manager and she stated that, "the room should not have been given to you because this room is known for being used by smokers.
