Courtesy shuttle from Lincoln airport

Courtesy shuttle from Lincoln airport was nice. All hotel personnel were courteous and helpful. Room was clean. Good access to outlets for laptop, chargers, etc. Internet access was good. Very convenient location to client's office. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Only negative was a loud family with kids next door but in fairness, I did not log a complaint.Recommended!

The downtown Embassy Suites in Lincoln

The downtown Embassy Suites in Lincoln is typical of most Embassy Suites -- nice rooms, good service, hot breakfast. Generally I seek out the brand. During my stay, I could not get any hot water in bathroom sink which was kinda annoying. Also, acoustics were terrible. Folks having a few drinks after work really became pretty loud later in the evening. Internet access costs an extra $10 per day and parking is across the street at $6 per day. Not too bad but remember to consider these additional costs on top of the room costs. In a nutshell, I thought the hotel to be quite nice but overpriced. If you need to be downtown, recommended.

This is a very nice place to stay in

This is a very nice place to stay in downtown Lincoln. We walked to the Haymarket many times and other downtown restaurants and bars. The Managers Reception and breakfast buffet was WONDERFUL! They did have a hard time keeping the snacks filled up though at the Manager's Reception. It was nice to sit outside and have our drinks.

I was pleased with most aspects of my stay at this Embassy Suites, except for my check-in experience. I was staying for a conference with another person who had made all of the reservations. Even though our rooms had been paid in advance, the hotel staff told me it was not paid and I would either need to pay or wait for my friend to arrive. They did store my luggage for me. When my friend arrived, they told her she had not reserved any rooms at all. She had to go out to the car to get her reservation number. A different staff member helped her when she returned. That staff member told her that her reservation was fine and that I should have been able to check in. Everything else was clean and as expected. The staff at the bar during the daytime was a little rude to us, moving our things so that nothing was on the tables. I don’t know if I would stay here again.

It was an ideal location. I really enjoyed the great spread the hotel provided for breakfast. Although the hotel may be a little pricy, it is definitely worth it.
