When you walk in you are greeted by the extremely friendly front desk staff. They are very helpful and get you checked in quickly so you can enjoy your stay. The decor in the hotel is amazing. The atrium area has a stream running through it with real fish and beautiful palm trees as tal as the second floor. The trees are accompanied by beautiful various plants which are all very well taken care of. The pool area is decently sized and we enjoyed the fact that they had an adult swim after 8PM. The room was very tidy and the only thing we did not care for was that the bathroom was rather small. Room service was excellent and anything that we asked for was brought up to us within 10 to 15 minutes of our request.
