I arrived a little early and asked the lady at the desk if I was at the right location, she told me that I was. She was nice enough to let me check in since there was a room ready. The room was clean and comfortable, and the people were friendly. The reviews about getting into the parking lot and the employees were correct. The parking lot was very diffcult to get into, the clerk that made my reservation was wonderful and even when I got there the person who checked me in, Laquitta was very nice, kind, and helpful with different restaurants. NOW for the BAD the room was hideous, it smelled bad, carpet was fithy, there was 2 dead roaches in the sink, Laquitta was very apologitic and changed the room that smelled better but carpet was dirty, this time roach is alive and crawling on the wall and another in the bathroom in the tub. This was my last straw i sat on the bed made some calls to get a room elsewhere and while doing this another roach crawled across my hand!!!!!!! After getting back home and reading these reviews again I looked at the year therwere from 2005!!!! It was very quiet at night. The bed and pillows are soft and comfortable. Also, the hotel is located near groceries, fast food places and affordable restaurants.
