We got to our room only to find popcorn and food scattered on the floor, mold in the bathroom, the t.v. didn't work. I went down stairs to tell them and they said they would clean it. No, we left the next day to go shop only to find that they made the beds. This hotel lacks customer service, the beds were uncomfortable, the rooms aren't clean. I called the motel prior to coming to check and make sure we would have internet access and was assured that there was an wireless connection available for all rooms. We returned to the room after 10:00 P.M only to find that the internet would not connect. I tried to call the desk.... no answer. I walked downstairs to the office to find a sigh saying office closed... I knocked on the door and rang the doorbell ...no answer. At checkout when I complained about the poor service management was apologetic and gave me discount coupons for a future stay but in all honesty I doubt I will use them.
