Very good location.Too much noise and disturbance outside the room. Very good staff and location! Noise level needs to be controlled better after 11 pm.

We won't stay there again!

The room was nice and clean, but there were a couple of problems. The toilet emitted a high-pitched squeal as the tank was refilling. We could live with that, but the air conditioner was so noisy, it interfered with our sleep. Thus, we were given another room, which we were told we could move into after 3:00. That should have worked out fine, as we had made plans for the day, but when we returned at 3:00, the room we were to move to had been given to someone else. We then were given a choice: stay in the room with the noisy air conditioner or move to a room where the television set wasn't working or a room without a refrigerator or microwave. We chose the one without a working television. In addition, the Salt Lake City Connections passes that were to come with the purchase of our room weren't given to us because the management doesn't know what they are!!

Lack of customer service. Inability to meet basic needs. We were given a room that had no working electrical outlets. When we asked the staff for some one to resolve this issue we were told we would need to change rooms as they were not able to repair. The only room available was a smoking single room. Needless to say we checked out and the staff was more then happy to let us go.

Location.Bed bugs. We found a nymph stage bed bug in our bed the first night. I told the staff and they cleaned our room thoroughly. We did not find any other bugs during the remainder of our stay, but I will not go back. I've never seen a bed bug, so had to come home and look it up on the 'net. Definitely a bed bug.

If you can't sleep with trains going by, then don't stay here. The room was clean and ready for us. We could hear people out talking at night through the wall (the windows were closed), when we tried to fall asleep.

This hotel was ok except for it is right near the train which went by like every hour and blew its horn 3 times each time. Continental breakfast was nice and leatherbys and red iguana restaurant were right next door. But train keeping us up all night was a real drawback. We only stayed one night fortunately.
