Continental breakfast consists of coffee, bagels and rotten apples. (Room 313). We complained and were offered an air freshener. The sheet was too small and didn't stay on the bed. We were able however to avoid the toothpaste stains on the couch, but the only treadmill in the exercise room was broken and unable to be fixed. The apples offered for fruit at the very limited continental breakfast were most likely last year's. It was hard to find (its located behind the mariott across the street from the 4 Points at Sheraton). The room was decent except that I found garbage in some of the cupboards from a previous guest. That is the only thing I can complain about. We were treated great. They allowed us to have our little dog with us and that was one of my biggest worries. We thought we would only be down in Ann Arbor for one night but it ended I was in the hospital for five days due to a mild heart attack while in the hospital. We needed to stay a day or two after I was released from U of M and because I was very sick with some kind of virus or something I didn't want to come all the way back home only to have to return to Ann Arbor. The staff was very acommodating and extended our time even with a huge convention going on in town. The staff was wonderful even while in the middle of a big renovation that was taking place in the motel. It was quiet, clean and we were never disturbed. I can't thank the staff enough for the wonderful service and kindness we received during our stay. I highly recommend the motel to anyone. So you end up slower than dialup and they charge you for it. No change at the front desk for the laundry. Rooms are ok but just OK.
