The staff was very helpful and I liked the hot breakfast and happy hour each day. I also loved the bathroom and was able to utilize the cardio machines every morning. I was very impressed--I like to stay at Hampton Inn's on business and this was far better. Very clean--granite in the sink and bathroom--nice, friendly staff (even at midnight when I checked in), and the breakfast smelled good (although I was on my way out.) Very quiet and roomy, and again, safe and clean. The room was mediocre and did not even come close to what you expect when you see the outside of their building and their lobby. The breakfast itself was just fair...however..unfortunately for us we got there after several families came down and the staff was interested in talking amongst themselves instead of cleaning up the area for us to sit or stocking up the items that were now gone or low..we grabbed a muffin to go and hit the McDonald's around the corner because we got tired of waiting. There are plenty of hotels at this exit and next time we will not stay at this one. It was so clean! The staff was wonderful. The atmosphere relaxing... and all the extras included quiet surprising. The full breakfast included was really great! The staff is very friendly and very accomodating. We even had car trouble in the morning and there was someone on staff to help jump the car. This hotel is very nice for the price with several ammenities. There are several restaurants very close.
