      <title>NEVER AGAIN!</title>

      <description>When we arrived the Credit card machine was down and the lady at the counter (who did not even speak English) asked if I wanted to pay cash.  I told her NO!  She then told me to keep checking back every so often.  My family and I changed and drove down to see the falls and were gone for several hours.  We could not open the door.  The bathroom was tiny and there were only 2 towels for me, my husband and my son (thank god we brought swimming towels).  We never used the pool - it looked disgustingly dirty!!!  The matresses were torn and there were holes in the sheets and blankets.  There was a sliding door on the closet of a bathroom which was hard to move back and forth.  I did not feel safe here.  I had reserved a room with 2 queen beds.  I got a room with 2 double beds.  I was not happy.  Last but not least, after checking in and being at Niagra Falls for a few hours and returning, we got a phone call from the front desk at 11:30pm to come and pay our bill.  I was very angry at this as we were in bed already.  To top it off we were overcharged and now I have to take it up with the web I made the reservation with.  I do not recomend this hotel and will never stay here again!!!!!</description>
